These figures are multiplications between two lines of the table above: the cadence by the number of days, the quota by the number of months. You can redo them. They state a working capacity, never a result: we do not know what you will get, and nobody does.

That last figure is a COST: the annual price divided by the number of case files it buys. It is not what a case file earns. It is the same amount as the price above, read at the scale the work happens on.
With your own model key the quota doubles at the same price, so the cost per case file is halved.

Commitment
You pay in advance, for three months or for a year
It is the trade-off you will feel most, so it is written here rather than in an article of the terms. There is no monthly subscription: you choose three months or twelve, and the amount for the period is charged at its start.
What you commit to, exactly
The amount for the whole period is charged at subscription time, at once. Nothing is added afterwards: no setup fee, no overage, no option. The period is served until its last day, even if a later payment fails.
Why a very short period would work against you
Part of what the fleet builds is seniority: the documented criteria of distributions count distinct months of activity and retention, not cumulative days. An agent that works for only two weeks has built none of that. Three months is the smallest period that makes sense for this work. It promises no result: no protocol commits to distributing anything.
What caps your risk before you commit
The public demonstration shows you the exact shape of the product, on sample data, before any account and any payment. On your first payment, the refund is full and unconditional for 14 days, with the complete product and the complete quota in your hands. And cancellation takes two clicks, with nobody to convince.
What the prepayment guarantees you in return
A paid period cannot be cut off. A payment incident suspends nothing while the current period is paid for, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of that period: you keep access until the last covered day.
What the annual plan changes, and what it does not
The annual plan costs less than four quarterly payments, and that is the only discount that exists: no promo code, no first-period price, no case-by-case negotiation. In exchange the commitment is longer, and returning to quarterly happens at renewal rather than mid-period. The quota does not change: it is monthly in both cases.
Said plainly: the first payment covers three months, or twelve, and it precedes the opening of the account. Nothing is provisioned before it is collected, without exception. That is a real barrier to entry and we do not disguise it. Against it: a public demonstration readable before any commitment, a full-refund window, a two-click cancellation, and a quarterly option that stays the default entry, never pre-selected on annual in your place.

The same summary returns before every renewal, with the amount and the date of the charge. We never charge someone we could not warn: if the reminder cannot be delivered, automatic renewal is blocked and replaced with a payment link.
Quarterly is the default way in. Annual is never pre-selected for you: it is a longer commitment, so it is chosen.
Your own AI keys
Bring your provider key, keep the same price, get more capacity
The line that dominates the cost of an analysis is the model. Plug in your own key (Claude today, other providers as adapters ship) and that line moves to you; we hand back what it used to cost us as capacity. The plan price does not move: same price, double the volume.
What it gives you
On this plan, the monthly quota goes from 300 to 600 deep analyses, and the heavy path (archive RPC, symbolic execution) opens or widens. Cadence, corroboration depth and perimeter stay those of the plan: your key changes who pays for the model, not what the product does.
What it requires from you
- A valid key with the provider, with an active payment method on your side: consumption is billed to you directly by them, never by us.
- The key is verified the moment you register it, with a real call to the provider. An invalid key is refused immediately rather than discovered at the first analysis.
- It is encrypted at rest with a key dedicated to that purpose, never logged, and never displayed again: after registration you see the last four characters and nothing more.
- You revoke it whenever you want, in one click, without contacting us. Revocation is immediate and the account returns to the plan quota.
What happens if your key goes down
If the provider refuses your key (revoked, expired, cap reached), the engine does not stop and does not spend yours in a loop: it falls back to our key, at the MANAGED quota of your plan, which is smaller. You are alerted immediately, the event is journalled, and the quota returns to BYO level as soon as you register a valid key. No silent degradation: if the volume drops, it is written on screen with the reason.
BYO exists on Desk only. On Scout, at one pass a day on the frugal tier, the model is not the dominant cost: plugging in a key would buy you administration and nothing back. On Operator, the measured saving would not even cover the follow-up the mode demands; we chose to withdraw it rather than sell it for nothing.

What you must know before subscribing
These notices are not buried in the terms: they are here, where the decision is made, written to be understood rather than to be enforceable.
You can lose everything
Crypto-assets can lose their entire value. A total loss of the amounts you put to work is possible, including quickly, including without any mistake by you or by the fleet.
A position can become unsellable
No buyer, a delisting, a blocked contract, a lock-up period, an exit penalty: a displayed value is not a realisable value, and the gap between the two can be total.
Fees reduce every result
Network fees, platform fees, price spreads and conversion costs add up. On small amounts they can exceed what an operation brings in: the product tells you when that is the case, mission by mission, never netted silently.
Taxes are yours
Declaring and paying taxes is your responsibility, according to your country of residence. The exports the product generates are traceability material, not tax returns, and we provide no tax advice.
No result is guaranteed
What the fleet finds depends on protocols and the market. No protocol commits to distributing anything, activity carried out with a distribution in mind can go entirely unrewarded, and we publish no performance figure because none has been measured.
Your subscription is not a deposit
You pay for a software licence. No capital passes through us, no amount is covered by deposit protection, and paying a subscription creates no claim on us other than the supply of the service.
Exact scope of this version
The fleet finds, analyses, verifies, executes and collects, exclusively from your wallet and inside the limits of the envelope you sign. In SEMI-AUTO, every transaction waits for your signature. The service holds no key, receives no funds, provides no investment advice, and never circumvents a step that requires a human.
You will meet these same notices at sign-up, to be acknowledged explicitly through boxes that are never pre-ticked, and again at every version change. If one of them makes you hesitate, it has done its job.
Before paying
A public demonstration, not a free trial
You see the product before paying; access to the product itself starts after the first payment. Here is why it is built that way.
- The public demonstration is open, without an account, on clearly labelled sample data: mission feed, casework dossier, execution journal. It is the exact shape of what you are buying.
- There is no free trial and no permanent free plan: discovery, casework and supervised execution have a real cost on our side, and a product financed by something other than its price ends up being paid for some other way.
- A few days of access would show nothing useful anyway. What the fleet builds (seniority in distinct months, retention) cannot be seen in a week, and what a short access could show, the demonstration already shows.
- The first payment therefore precedes the opening of the account, without exception. What bounds it: a 14-day full-refund window, and a two-click cancellation from your space.
Included in every plan
What you do not pay extra for
There is no setup fee, no security option and no paid module for being backed up.
Hosting and operations
The service is hosted and operated by us. You install nothing and maintain no server.
Standard setup
Initial configuration is included in the subscription. No installation fee is charged, whatever the plan.
Maintenance and updates
Fixes, improvements and security updates are applied for everyone, at no extra cost and with no version to choose. The agents improve with use: every refusal and every gap is fed back into what the fleet knows how to do.
Backups
Your data is backed up regularly, and restoration is tested: a backup that was never restored is only a hypothesis.
The same security base
Encryption, mandatory second factor, journalling, isolation between customers, the envelope checked twice: identical in all three plans. Security is not a pricing option.
Both languages
Interface, documentation and legal information in French and in English, in the same version and at the same date.
Quota unit
What a "deep analysis" counts
A quota only means something if the unit is defined. Here it is, as implemented.
- Counted: producing a casework dossier on one opportunity, put in perspective with your wallet. Security checks, reasoned verdict, verifiable receipt.
- Never counted: the shared continuous discovery, re-reading a delivered dossier, the re-check at signing time, nor the execution itself: the act costs no quota.
- An analysis that fails because of an outage on our side is automatically re-credited to your quota.
- Counting happens when the dossier is delivered, never at submission.
No overage
A reached quota stops the counter, it never raises the bill
On a tool whose job is to bound risks, an unbounded bill would be a contradiction.
- No usage billing, no automatic surcharge, no end-of-month surprise.
- When the quota is reached: a clean stop, an explicit message, and the offer of a higher plan. Nothing triggers without your agreement.
- No silent quality degradation: we do not lower analysis depth to hold a cost without telling you.
- Monitoring of your wallet and tracking of what is already committed do not stop: it is the casework on new missions that waits for the next month.
- The quota is monthly in both periodicities: it resets every month and does not accumulate. An analysis unused in January is not available in February. This is stated here, in the payment summary and in your dashboard, with the reset date.
- Upgrading takes effect immediately: you pay the difference pro rata for the remaining days, and the current month’s quota grows by the same pro rata. Downgrading takes effect at the next period, with no charge and no clawback of quota already used.
A separate field, inside the application
The budget of your wallet
After sign-up, the application asks you, on a separate screen, the amount you intend to leave working on your wallet. This field tunes alerts and caps; it is not part of the purchase.
What this field is not
- It is not a pricing plan: the plans are Scout, Operator and Desk, and they depend on no declared amount.
- It is not a deposit with us: the amount stays on your own wallet, we never receive it, never hold it and can never move it.
- It is not a promise or a recommendation to invest: no rate of return is modelled anywhere in the product.
- It is not a commission basis: affiliate compensation applies only to software subscriptions actually collected, never to capital, a deposit, a reward, network fees, a volume or a yield.
What it is for, and nothing else
- Calibrating your caps and your risk scenarios, in particular the fixed cost of each operation relative to the size of your positions.
- Tuning your alerts: past certain thresholds, the product warns you earlier and more often.
- Warning you when the balance actually observed on your wallet drifts durably from what you declared you wanted to leave working.
- Warning you when your plan can no longer keep the whole of that budget under watch, given the perimeter and the analysis quota.
How this amount is set
It stays with you from start to finish. A setting, not a payment: at no point does it pass through us.
- The field stays at zero until the risk-understanding step, the wallet attachment and the security checks are validated.
- The amount is entered freely, in the currency of your subscription. We never offer a list of pre-selected amounts: a suggested amount would be an inducement.
- It can be lowered at any time, with no delay, no fee and no consequence on your plan.
- No declared amount opens, closes or modifies a paid feature.
If the amount is too small
We tell you. At too low a level, network fees are a disproportionate share of each operation: the fleet flags it and concentrates on the no-stake families (tasks, quests, learn-and-earn) rather than burning the budget on fees.
If the amount exceeds what your plan can watch
We tell you that too. The perimeter and the analysis quota limit what the fleet can keep under watch: part of your activity would fall outside its field. The message describes the limit; it sells you nothing.
The only move the interface suggests is downwards
No screen will ever encourage you to raise this amount, and no message will tie a plan to an amount of capital. Suggesting an amount would be personalised advice; we give none.
Affiliation and conflicts of interest
Affiliate programme: a single tier, a commission computed only on net software subscriptions actually collected. Never on capital, a deposit, a reward, network fees, traded volume or a yield. This compensation is disclosed and influences neither a qualification nor a security refusal.
Billing
The rules, with no small print
- Two periodicities, both paid in advance: quarterly or annual. There is no monthly subscription, quarterly is the default entry, and annual is never pre-selected in your place.
- The first payment precedes the opening of the service, without exception: no account is provisioned and no mission is served before it is collected. There is no free trial; the public demonstration, on the other hand, stays readable without an account.
- Prices in euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD), according to your billing country. The currency is stated before payment, does not vary with the exchange rate and does not change during a subscription: changing it means a new subscription. VAT treatment will depend on the contracting entity and your country; it will be stated on the invoice and before payment.
- The subscription renews automatically for an identical period. You receive a reminder before every renewal (two for quarterly, three for annual) with the exact amount, the charge date, the covered period and a cancellation link. If the reminder cannot be delivered, automatic renewal is blocked.
- Full, no-questions refund if you ask within 14 days of your first payment. A double charge or a billing error is refunded in full, immediately and without discussion.
- Cancellation at any time from your account, in at most two clicks, without contacting anyone. It takes effect at the end of the period already paid: past the 14-day window, the remaining time is not refunded, it is served.
- If we shut the service down of our own doing, you would be warned in advance, your data would remain exportable and the unserved part of the paid period would be refunded pro rata by days.
- No cancellation fee, no retained setup fee, and no discount other than the annual periodicity: no permanent promo code, no first-period price.
- If prices change: notice ahead, no retroactivity on a period already paid, and the option to cancel at no cost.
- A refused payment causes no suspension of the current period: it is paid for, so it is served until its last day. You are notified, with no dunning fee.
- Every invoice states the exact period it covers, from first day to last. Your invoices remain downloadable from your space.
- We never ask for subscription payment in crypto-assets, and paying a subscription is never a capital deposit.

- Risk of total loss: crypto-assets are extremely volatile. You can lose the entire amount you commit.
- Illiquidity: some positions cannot be sold or withdrawn when you want to, sometimes never.
- No guarantee of result: the software searches, qualifies, verifies and tracks. No protocol commits to distributing anything, and past activity creates no entitlement. No gain, no yield and no future performance is promised.
- No insured deposit: we neither receive nor hold your funds, and no amount is covered by any deposit protection scheme. Paying a software subscription is not a deposit.
- Fees: network fees, platform fees, price spreads and conversion costs add up and reduce any result.
- Taxation: reporting and paying taxes is your responsibility, according to your country of residence. We provide no tax advice.
- Exact scope: the agents search, qualify, verify, prepare, track, and only act inside the mode you chose. In SEMI-AUTO (assisted) you sign every operation yourself; in FULL AUTO (delegated) the agent acts only inside the envelope you signed (caps, duration, immediate revocation), once that mode is open and activated. The service receives only public addresses and holds no key.
- Non-custodial: you are the sole holder of your keys. The app never asks for your recovery phrase and has no field able to receive one.
- Separation of roles: a separate agent wallet, whose key only you hold, carries the activity on a short budget, away from the wallet that receives. That separation bounds in advance what can be reached if an operation goes wrong.
- No recovery by us: because we hold none of your keys, we cannot move your funds, and we cannot give them back to you either. Backing up your recovery phrase is yours alone.
- We sell software. We do not manage your money and give no personalised investment advice. The agent never owns your assets: at most it holds an authority of use bounded by the envelope you sign, which you can revoke at any time.
- Conflicts of interest: we may receive affiliate compensation on software subscriptions taken out or referred. It never applies to your capital and never influences a qualification or a security refusal.
- The budget you declare is not a plan, not a deposit with us and not a promise of gain: it only calibrates your limits, your alerts and your risk scenarios. The funds stay on your own wallet.
No customer result has been measured yet. Until a measurement exists, this site publishes no performance figure: an empty box beats an invented number.
