Contact
We answer in French and in English, during Swiss business hours. The delays below are design targets, not a contractual commitment: we do not promise a figure we have not measured yet.
contact@opsharvest.com
One address, read by a person. Pick the subject that matches: that is what routes your message.
General questions and pre-sales
Understanding the scope, choosing a plan, checking whether your use case is covered.
Customer support
Account, subscription, quotas, exports, malfunctions. Preferably from your authenticated space: the context is already there.
Security and vulnerability reports
A flaw, suspicious behaviour, a fraudulent message claiming to be us. Good-faith reports are welcome and never prosecuted.
Privacy and personal data
Access, rectification, erasure, export, objection. We acknowledge receipt and state the applicable deadline.
This address is read every Swiss business day. It carries the site’s domain until the final product domain is active; the day it is, the address changes in a single edit and the old one keeps receiving. The contracting entity, for its part, is decided and named in the legal notice, together with the exact perimeter of its activity.
Target delays
What we aim for, per plan
Design assumptions, revisable, never presented as a contractual commitment before measurement.
- Scout: e-mail, target answer within 2 business days.
- Operator: e-mail and messaging, target answer within 1 business day.
- Desk: priority channel, target answer within 4 business hours, with a monthly review.
- A security incident is handled first, whatever the plan.
What support handles, and what it will never do
Support can help you
- understand a mission, a verdict, a receipt, their sources and their dates
- fix an account, billing, quota or export problem
- report a malfunction, a false positive or a wrong source
- understand the policy envelope, the two modes and revocation
- exercise your rights over your personal data
- verify that a message you received really comes from us
Support will never
- tell you what to buy, when, or for what amount
- give financial, tax or legal advice
- trigger, widen or extend an execution by hand: the signed envelope is the only path, and support has no access to it
- recover lost funds, or restore access to a wallet whose key is lost
- receive, read or store a recovery phrase or a private key; a staff member receiving one must refuse and open an incident
How to recognise a genuine message from us
These three rules will never change. They let you spot an impersonation without asking us.
- We never ask for a recovery phrase, a private key or a password, through any channel.
- We never send bank details or a deposit address by e-mail or messaging: they only appear inside your authenticated space.
- We never apply pressure: no timer, no limited seats, no closing window. If someone rushes you in our name, it is not us.
Frequently asked questions
The answers are deliberately direct, including where they are not commercially flattering.
